NileCo Global is a transnational consortium involved in full-lifecycle project development and management services.
Established in 1991 as a contracting and general trading company in Al Khobar Saudi Arabia, NileCo now has offices and projects in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kyrgyzstan & Pakistan, with additional project experience in Qatar, Kuwait & Iraq.
Our diverse project experience includes planning and executing design-build projects from land and high-rise developers to critical infrastructure industries including energy, defense, and healthcare.

Our History
Established in 1991, NGC was a $1 Million a year general contracting and supplies company based in Al Khobar, KSA.
By 2000, our Saudi Arabia operation started experiencing exponential growth and the group began a rapid geographic expansion as NileCo. We entered Qatar (2003) & Kyrgyzstan (2005) and developed capabilities to provide design-build & large scale facility maintenance services. This expansion resulted in multiple, major public sector contract awards and increased revenues to over $50 Million.
Building on our success in the Public Sector the group entered Dubai (2006) and established our Real Estate Development Group. Our Integrated Project Delivery Program was also developed during this period in collaboration with a US-based company. By 2009 our team had more than $300 Million in Projects under management.
In the wake of the global financial crisis, the company was re-structured to ensure maximum flexibility and a revised focus on public sector projects. As a result, awards in Kyrgyzstan and Saudi Arabia increased by 300%. In 2013, NileCo established an office in Pakistan.
As the market in Dubai stabilized, over 1 million sqft of stalled projects were re-positioned and restarted, with the first of 3 multi-story facilities completed in 2017. Our Pakistan office has experienced tremendous success and is poised to become the fastest growing NileCo office.
